B. a copy of the WPC Rules and Regulations,
C. a logbook with all required details of contact and
D. equipment registers showing purchase and sale/transfer of equipment, requiring license.
A. FREQUENCY MEASURING DEVICE
A separate unit is not required, if the radio used has a frequency measuring meter.
