According to the new amendment, Hams are permitted to use their equipment anywhere in India (except at those restricted places) and as before, no special permission is required. This matter is printed under all licenses, issued thereafter.
(Please note that according to WPC directives, in case of a permanent change of address, special permission on that behalf should be sought for).
